Candy floss theatre is the experience of watching fresh candy floss take shape inside the machine. Guests choose a design, pay, watch it being made and collect their treat. It combines an automated purchase with a moment of entertainment.
Who looks after the machine?
Flossin’ manages installation, replenishment, cleaning and maintenance within the agreed service. Your team provides the agreed space, power, servicing access and a point of contact.
How does my venue benefit commercially?
We assess the location, visitor audience and practical requirements, then propose a commercial arrangement suited to the site. The proposal makes the venue’s return, responsibilities and terms clear before installation.
How much space and power will we need?
We check the allocated machine’s dimensions, electrical requirements, delivery route and floor loading with you. The total space must also allow guests to browse and collect, and our team to service the machine.
Where does Flossin’ work best?
A visible indoor position with regular family visitors and time to stop is a promising starting point. We consider demand across the year, existing food agreements, power, connectivity and access as part of the assessment.
What happens if there is a fault or payment issue?
Flossin’ provides an agreed support route for machine faults and customer payment queries. We set out the contact process and service responsibilities in your venue proposal.
